Katerina Moschos and Constantine Stouraitis, with guest flutist Leonidas Sarantopoulos, are promising us a feast of jazz standards, popular samba songs and bossa nova Brazilian tradition and improvisation, atmospheric musical landscapes and lyrical melodies.

Katerina Moschos the singer and guitarist Constantine Stouraitis is a duet with a wide jazz and brazilian repertoire. Undre the strongs influence from the legendary duet of Ella Fitzgerald and Joe Pass,  they interpret  standards from the Great American Songbook and popular songs of samba and bossa nova.

The talented Katerina Moschos, a graduate of the University, and a student of the great pianist Pantelis Benetatou is particulary fond of Ella Fitzerald and is one of new apperances that deserves attention .

Their guest Leonidas Sarantopoulos , the flutist is an artist of vision and personal discography and  one of the most successful improvisers at  domestic scene .The sounds of Sarantopoulos and Constantine Stouraitis were wedded for the first time at Ioanin University where they studied and received their first official training on jazz from George Kontrafouris, Vassilis Rakopoulos, Dimos Dimitriadis and many others.Since then, they have appeared together in numerous festivals , presenting both original compositions and tributes to great guitar-flute collaborations like Wes Montgomery with James Clay, Kenny Burrell with Frank Wess, with Yusef Lateef etc.

With respect to the Jazz tradition but also looking to the future, this trio promises improvisation, atmospheric musical landscapes and lyrical melodies. The Cole Porter and Duke Ellington meets the Antonio Carlos Jobim and Jorge Ben.
