Jessica Kaimpali will deliver courses in flamenco at melitzazz festival 2013.

Jessica was born in Athens in 1982 . By the age of 5 she started with dance and classical ballet . She studied Marketing and Advertising and Photography, while monitoring lessons of modern dance , physical theater and butoh. She participated in theatrical performances in Athens and abroad . She studied flamenco in school “La arachi cali” for four years , attending seminars with Farruquito, Farruco, Mercedes Ruiz, Juan de Juan, Rosa Belmonte, Irene la Sentio, Pilar la Faraona.

The last three years she stays permanently in Seville, where she apprenticed with Juan de los Reyes, Saray de los Reyes, Pilar Ogalla, Andres Peña, Ursula Lopez, Concha Vargas, Carmen Ledesma, Torombo, Alicia Marquez, Chloe Brule, Carmen Gonzales de Malaga, Leonor Leal. She also monitors intensively singing lessons of flamenco. Lately, she is mostly mentored by Ursula Lopez.

Jessica was an assistant teacher at the center of Spanish culture “La arachi cali”. She has taught in the cultural club “Paralos” at Mytilini for five months in 2010. Every year she organizes seminars in Greece and also she has danced in various music scenes in Athens.
