Constantinos Chiotis after national rebirth, settled and operated in Varna of Bulgaria. His manor house in Leonidio is a monument of the era and also a family point of reference. The offsprings maintain the bulding at the present time, convert it to a modern hotel, keeping devoutly all the items and family heirlooms, the elaborated painted ceilings, the Viennese chairs, their serving trays and the handmade platters with illustrations from issues of the era.
