Πεντάηχον/ Pentaichon

In 2004 the Pentaichon Band was set up and introduced to the audience of Athens. Five people, five different personalities, a common aspiration. The need for expression, experimentation, composition and music coexistence in the field of folk culture and the living tradition of Greece.

It’s a group of young people, all of them with a deep of knowledge on music, that has succeed already many collaborations with Cultural centers in Greece and abroad. The group accompany the singer Politimi Toli with her seductive voice, that grips the audience. Coming to Leonidio, their aim is to travel all together to the sounds of our folk music and tradition.
